Rental Qualifications
Qualifications
Previous Rental History - 3 years of good rental history
Current Income - 3 times the amount of the rent
Employment History - 1 year of employment
Criminal History - 3 years of no convictions
Credit History - 580 or higher
Occupancy Policy - 2 people per bedroom
*Exceptions will be taken on a case by case basis
May Not Qualify
- False information in the application
- Conviction of a violent crime, drug charge, or domestic abuse within the last 3 years
- Two or more DWI’s within last 2 years
- Eviction or Bankruptcy in the last 2 years
- Unpaid damage, cleanings, or rent to previous property exceeding $500
