South Plains Property Management was founded to give Lubbock owners and tenants a property management company they could actually trust.
We started South Plains PM because property management in Lubbock needed an upgrade. Owners were tired of slow responses, surprise bills, and contractors who marked everything up. Tenants were tired of managers who didn't return calls.
So we built something different — a full-service team that does property management and the maintenance and construction that comes with it, all under one roof. No middlemen. No finger-pointing. Just results.
Today we manage hundreds of doors across Lubbock, Wolfforth, Shallowater, Idalou, and Slaton — and our in-house crews handle everything from a leaking faucet to a complete home rebuild.
