Adam Cavazos South Plains Property Management was founded to give Lubbock owners and tenants a property management company they could actually trust.
Meet the Owner
Adam Cavazos
Adam Cavazos leads Adam Cavazos South Plains Property Management with a hands-on, local approach to caring for rental homes, supporting property owners, and serving tenants throughout Lubbock and the surrounding South Plains communities.
His goal is straightforward: provide responsive management, clear communication, and dependable maintenance and construction through one accountable team. Adam is committed to protecting each property, building lasting relationships, and delivering the level of service he would expect for his own home.
Adam is a licensed Realtor in Texas and brings more than 20 years of project management experience to every property and relationship he oversees.
We started South Plains PM because property management in Lubbock needed an upgrade. Owners were tired of slow responses, surprise bills, and contractors who marked everything up. Tenants were tired of managers who didn't return calls.
So we built something different — a full-service team that does property management and the maintenance and construction that comes with it, all under one roof. No middlemen. No finger-pointing. Just results.
Today we manage hundreds of doors across Lubbock, Wolfforth, Shallowater, Idalou, and Slaton — and our in-house crews handle everything from a leaking faucet to a complete home rebuild.
