3. Text-Message (SMS) Program
By providing your mobile number and selecting "Yes, I agree" on our contact form, you consent to receive recurring text messages from SPPM related to your inquiry, property updates, maintenance notifications, appointment reminders, and account information.
- Message frequency: Approximately 2–4 messages per month, though frequency may vary based on your account activity.
- Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. SPPM does not charge a fee for the messages.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at 806-786-8905 or info@southplainspm.com.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation message and no further texts.
- Consent is not required to purchase or receive any of our services.
- Supported carriers: Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Accuracy of Information
We work to keep the information on this site current and accurate but make no warranty that it is complete, error-free, or up-to-date. Rental listings, pricing, availability, and service details are subject to change without notice.
5. Third-Party Links and Services
Our website may link to third-party services such as our tenant portal (RentTrackio) or maintenance-request systems. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site.
6. Limitation of Liability
