  • Send maintenance updates, appointment reminders, and account notices.
  • Deliver SMS text messages you have opted in to receive, and honor STOP/HELP requests.

3. Text Messaging Privacy

When you opt in to SMS, we collect your mobile number and consent record solely to send the messages you requested and to comply with wireless-carrier and regulatory requirements. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Information collected for SMS may be shared only with our messaging platform provider (e.g., Twilio) strictly to deliver messages on our behalf.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in these limited situations:

  • With service providers who help us operate our business (payment processors, maintenance vendors, hosting, messaging platforms) under confidentiality obligations.
